A word about the upcoming vape shipping ban
|
As most vape customers probably know, On December 21, 2020 Congress included a section in the Omnibus Spending Bill that will make it illegal to ship vapor products using USPS beginning later this month.
|
Unfortunately, soon after the bill passed all major private couriers, including FedEx, UPS and DHL, also banned the shipment of these products using their services. With no one left to deliver vapor products, the vapor industry is left with a defacto vapor shipping ban in the USA.

Therefore unless anything changes...and at this point it doesn't look like it will before the ban goes into effect...we will be unable to ship vapor products as of April 27, 2021. Because this new law only bans the shipping of vape products to retail customers we expect to be able to continue stocking vape products in our physical store for local purchases. So for the time being we will not be able to ship vaporizer products through the mail, but we will certainly update you as this evolves.
