Can you help an important cause?
Delta-8 retailers in Catoosa County Georgia (about 30 minutes away from us) have recently been dealt a very disappointing blow by local law enforcement. Last week, business owners who sell 100% legal Delta-8, Delta-10 and other hemp derived isomers were sent a letter by the Catoosa County Sheriff informing them that his office intended to start making arrests if all Delta-8 and related products were not pulled from shelves immediately.
As you may or may not know a similar thing recently happened to business owners in Gwinnett County Georgia. They sued the district attorney and were granted a temporary restraining order until the case was decided. Similarly, the shop owners in Catoosa County have banded together in order to file a lawsuit on their own behalf but they need money, as the retainer for the attorney is $100,000. They can get there but they need help. Please consider donating if you are able.
