Over the last couple of weeks we have fielded a lot of emails and phone calls about delayed package delivery. Unfortunately these delays are happening across the country right now due to extreme cutbacks by the USPS.

These delays are being caused by the ending of afternoon pickups at most smaller post offices around the country. This issue, however, is political so there is no telling when or how it will be resolved.

We are currently exploring solutions the get packages delivered faster. One of those options is UPS, but because of the vape shipping ban that both FedEx and UPS implemented last year that may not be possible. For now, if your order is time sensitive we highly recommend utilizing the Priority Mail shipping option.
