This week the Georgia House Agriculture Committee voted in favor of moving HB 847 to the full House for a vote, and if it passes there it will move to the Georgia Senate and then to the Governor for his signature.
|
If this bill becomes law then it will become a crime to sell or possess hemp flower, which is a federally legal substance, in the state of Georgia.
Many Georgians who suffer from chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia and other unpleasant issues have found high CBD hemp flower to be the answer they were looking for, and now the stage is set for it to be taken away with the express purpose of keeping you plugged into the greedy and corrupt pharmaceutical industry.
