I read the glowing reviews and was so excited to try the Delta 8 sleep tincture. I suffer from on and off insomnia and so have been looking for something to help, especially during more hormonal times. I bought this tincture because I read that they accepted returns, and I don't have an extra 50.00 to spend if the item does not work. I received the item and tried it, but it seemed to actually make it harder for me to sleep rather than easier. I reached out to the company to let them know. I received a somewhat corporate response, "you're not taking the right dose and we only accept unopened returns" I am very confused to who would return something they ordered without opening it. The response made me feel like if something was wrong it was my fault and if it didn't work, too bad for me. This is not the attitude I like to experience as a customer and consumer. It is also not the attitude of people who truly stand by their product, if its a great product and doesn't work for a customer, refund or partial refund and move on, because you totally believe in your product. I am really happy that so many people are satisfied with this product, but for me it didn't work and the customer service did not indicate care for customer satisfaction, but more dismissive which sucked. Anyway maybe it was an off-batch or an off-day, but it was unpleasant.
